Welcome to the Wasatch Quarter Midgets Page. This is a new club here in the Salt Lake City Area and we are in our infancy at the moment. Our goal at the present time is to generate interest in the sport locally and continue to grow.

I need all interested racers to contact me so that the club can build a contact list to keep everybody informed of future events and meetings. I have added a Photo Gallery to the web page to make it easier to put all of the images in one place. Also I will be bringing two cars out to the Davis County Fair on Friday the 17th of August from 6 pm to 9 pm. So come on out and see the cars.(12 August 07)

Well big news this week for the club. We have received information back on the insurance that we need and everything is a GO. A couple of us visited the site of the future track and began mapping out the track. It is going to be an outstanding facility and we are also looking at future growth for the older drivers. I will be getting pictures up on the site once the heavy equipment begins the work. I would like to throw out a special thanks to Bob Brewer from the Utah Ford Focus Midget Series for the help he has provided in helping turn a dream into a reality. The Wasatch Quarter Midgets will have 5 cars on display at the upcoming UROC all 4x4 show sponsored by Jack-it at Rocky Mountain Raceway on the 18th of August. So come on out and take a look at the cars and get some more information on Quarter Midget racing.(28 July 2007)

I have added a new tab for Current Club Info and put in the meeting minutes. Our biggest need at the current time is to gather a list of volunteers for pretty much any task such as managing publicity information, help with constructing soft walls, help with building track, managing a contact list. As you can see we have a need for volunteers for basically any task so that we can achieve our goals quickly and get these kids on the race track, so any time that you can volunteer would be much appreciated.(25 June 2007)
